The exhaustion that gets dismissed as "you just need more rest."
The stress your body carries even in your quietest moments.
The isolation of a life no one else can quite see.
You don't have to keep guessing at what's actually happening in your body and mind.
This free assessment gives you a clear, honest look, at your own pace.
Living with pain or illness for a long time doesn't just wear on your body. It can teach your nervous system that safety itself is uncertain, so your body stays braced even when nothing is actively wrong.
The toll rarely stays in one place. It reaches into your body, your mood, your relationships, even robbing you of hope about your life and your future.
If it feels like everything is harder than it should be but you don't know why, that's not confusion. It's how the Quiet Toll feels.

This isn't a test, and there's no score to pass. It's a gentle, self-guided way of listening more closely to what your body and mind have already been trying to tell you, without judgment or diagnosis.
Your answers are yours.
You decide if, when, and how much of what you notice you ever share with anyone, including me.
The Quiet Toll walks you through five ways you may be carrying this weight, quietly,
even when nothing about your life looks unusual from the outside.
How safe your body and mind feel,
moment to moment
How closely you're able to notice your own patterns and signals
How much say you feel you have over what's happening to you
How much room you have left for
ease, hope, or lightness
Whether what's helping you cope today can
actually hold up over time
By the end of your journey through The Quiet Toll, you won't just have answers handed to you.
You'll see clearly, for the first time, how the weight is landing for you.
That clarity is often the first real exhale, and the first real step on a path for change and healing.

I'm Sara Graff, LCSW, and I understand this work from the inside, not just from training.
I've spent 25 years supporting adults through chronic illness, chronic pain, and stress, drawing on Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EFT tapping, CBT, and mindfulness. And I've lived it myself. I became an expert in walking the path of quiet exhaustion. The path of pretending I was fine.
I created The Quiet Toll to help you see how the weight is landing for you, so you don't have to walk this path alone.
