If you live in north Pinellas County, FL (Dunedin, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs) I can come to your home and you can have counseling in the comfort of your home. If you prefer, we can meet together by telehealth (video online counseling or telephone) if you live anywhere in Florida. You don’t need to worry about finding time to drive to and from an appointment or sitting in a strange office. If you would like to have nature guide us on your path, we can also meet at one our beautiful and serene parks or beaches in north Pinellas County, FL (Dunedin, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs) and use nature as our backdrop.
I strive to make our time together a personal retreat that you look forward to each time we meet. I will teach you cognitive and mindfulness based coping skills so that you can learn to live in the present moment, without judgement, and with loving kindness.
