I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping family caregivers navigate the emotional realities of caring for loved ones.
As both a professional and someone who’s personally witnessed the challenges of caregiving in my own family, I bring empathy, expertise, and hope to each group I lead.
My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to nurture both your loved one and yourself.

I know you might have questions before joining, so I’ve answered the most common ones below.
If there’s anything else you’d like to ask, feel free to reach out!
Q: Do I have to attend every week?
A: No. You can choose the weekly drop-in option for flexibility or the monthly plan if you’d like to make this a regular part of your routine.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. This is a supportive discussion group led by a licensed therapist. While therapeutic topics are often discussed, it’s not a psychotherapy group. It’s a space for emotional support, connection, and practical coping tools.
Q: Who can join?
A: Any family caregiver can join. Whether you’re supporting a parent, spouse, or other loved one. This group is open, inclusive, and understanding of the many forms caregiving can take.
Q: What if I’m new or nervous to join?
A: You’ll be welcomed gently and never pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many caregivers say just listening the first week helped them feel less alone.
